What do I need to know when buying a track.
His track is absolutely original and does not use samples, voices or unauthorized loops. Only free non-exclusive royalte samples. Which means that you can launch this track and you will not have problems.
Our treatment is 100% confidential. We sign a contract with you and the producer that states that you own the copyright and that the original producer will never claim any authorship.
After the purchase, you will receive a link for a package that will allow you to remix, edit, master and mix your track the way you want:
- A mastered and non-mastered version of the track in WAV and MP3 format.
- All sub-tracks must be labeled (Kick.wav, Bass.wav, Lead.wav, etc.)
- The WAV files will be 44.1kHZ, 24 bit.
- MIDI files.

Do you make vocal tracks?.
Unfortunately we do not have vocalists available, but we can create the famous "Vocal Chop" and edit the vocals as one of our services says.

Can you guarantee that my track is recorded on a famous record label?.
​
Unfortunately not. We do not guarantee that your song will be recorded on a famous record label or that it will reach Beatport or iTunes TOP10. That's not part of the phantom production, that's part of the management of an artist. However we guarantee the following - you will definitely get a high quality track similar to the reference track (s). It will sound the same as the Beatport TOP100 standard or even better.

Will I receive a contract for the project?.

If the contract includes all the necessary information about the project, privacy, schedule, deadlines and payment details. Your contract will also include 'Non-disclosure agreement', 'transfer of rights' and 'declaration of exclusivity'.

What musical genres do you currently produce?.

Hip Hop, Trap, Jungle Terror and Future Bass. We work from 75 BPM to 220 BPM.

Can you work with my audio files (samples) or midi?.

If we can. To use it, we must verify if the quality is considerable. We love to collaborate with our customers, if you provide us with your audio samples (tracks) or MIDI files, we will reduce the price of the service between 15% and 10%.

Why should I use your services?.

We do not sell prefabricated tracks when you request a personalized service, do not use melody loops or construction kits.

Can I have any influence on the production of my song?.

Of course. When you receive your first demo, it is the best time to give your opinion.
We will fix it and ask for money only if you are satisfied.
After paying for your order, you can not request major changes, such as changing the main melodies, the main sound design and your reference tracks.
Small editions like mixing, adding fx, samples, changing the arrangement are absolutely fine.
This is how we make sure that we are on the same wavelength and you are completely involved in the process of creating your new track.
Based on your comments, we can adjust the track the way you want it to sound.

What are your payment options?.

We accept Paypal in USD, GBP, RUB, JPY and EUR, we also accept Digital currency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, NEO, Zcash and Ethereum Classic.

How long does it take to finish a production?.

-Original track: 7 to 10 days.
-Soundtrack: 4 to 7 days.
-Mastering: 2 to 4 days.
-Editing of vowels: 2 to 4 days.
-MIDI files: 1 to 2 days.
-Drum Loops: 2 to 4 days.
-Lead Loops: 1 to 3 days.
-Sound and atmosphere: varies depending on the project.

How are the files delivered?.

We deliver them via Dropbox in a ZIP folder on a private link.

What will I receive inside the package after the deal?.
​
-Stems.
-MIDI files.
-Samples separated in tags (Kick 1, Hit Hat 1, Snare 1 etc).
-Lead Loops and Drums Loops.
-Final mix master file in WAV and MP3 44.100kHz 24bit.

How is the process during the purchase?.

In the long-term services such as Original track and Soundtrack, you contact us and tell us what you want in your track, BPM, melody, atmosphere etc. Once this is done we will get going with your project, usually once past 3 days or less, we send you a part of the track (Demo), so you can appreciate how you are listening and if you can suggest something or if you have something that you do not like that we can correct.
Once this demo is approved, we will ask you to make the transaction through the payment method you choose (Paypal or in Cryptocurrency) and notify us through our mail that we will provide to communicate. For greater security we will ask you to send us a "Capture" or photo of the transaction to avoid inconveniences.
Once the delivery date arrives, we will provide you with a private Dropbox link, so you can download the package. The link will only last 3 days once we have notified you, so be sure to download it on time.
If the package arrives to have an error do not hesitate to notify us to solve it.

In the services of Mastering, Editing of vowels, Lead and Drum Loops, we will indicate the effects or samples that you want, since you do not know, do not worry, we know what to do.
Once 48 hours or less has passed, we will send you a demo, so that you can appreciate how you are hearing and if you like it or if you have something that you do not like that we can correct.

In the Sound and Atmosphere service, you will tell us what you really want, what kind of sound, duration, format, we have sounds of Explosions, Blows, Screams, Shots among others.
In atmosphere sounds, you will tell us what kind of atmosphere, if it is for jungle, desert, terror, duration, format etc, be sure to ask for all the sounds you want and atmosphere, to have a budget and a deadline, of course a once delivered the demo we will ask you to make the transaction through the payment methods we have (Paypal, Cryptocurrency) and on the day of delivery we will provide a private link in dropbox, which will last 7 days once we have notified you.
